The recent International POLSECURE 2026 Fair in Kielce – one of the most important events in the public security industry in Poland and the Central and Eastern European region.
For squareTec, it was a time of intensive discussions, inspiring meetings, and a reaffirmation of the direction we consistently pursue:
security as an operating system based on data, integration, and practical operability.
Thank you for the meetings and discussions
First things first:
Thank you to everyone who visited our booth.
- clients and business partners,
- representatives of uniformed services,
- integrators and technology manufacturers,
- experts and decision-makers.
Special thanks go to representatives of:
- the Police,
- the Border Guard,
- the State Fire Service,
- public administration and local government units,
that is, sectors for whom technology is not an end in itself – but merely a tool for action.
POLSECURE has always been a place where the real needs of services meet technology – and we had the opportunity to conduct precisely such a dialogue over the three days of the event
POLSECURE – more than just a fair
Today, POLSECURE is more than just a classic technology exhibition.
It is:
- a platform for meetings between services, administration, and business,
- a space for defining directions in security development,
- a place where decisions are made and partnerships are formed.
In this year's edition:
- over 200 companies and institutions from over a dozen countries participated,
- several thousand industry participants visited the event,
- the program included conferences, workshops, and expert panels.
This clearly demonstrates the scale and significance of the event.
Key takeaway: from response to resilience
One of the strongest trends observed at POLSECURE 2026 was a shift in the approach to security:
➡️ from threat response
➡️ to building resilience
It's becoming increasingly clear that:
- security is a system,
- a system is integration,
- integration is data and analytics.
This is a direction squareTec has been pursuing from the start – and which is now becoming a market standard.
Technologies that address real needs
This year's edition clearly showed which technologies will define the coming years:
- integration of security systems (PSIM / operational platforms),
- data analytics and artificial intelligence,
- cybersecurity of physical infrastructure,
- recognition and identification systems,
- solutions for critical infrastructure and Smart City.
At the same time, a very important conclusion emerged:
👉 technology without integration has no operational value
squareTec at POLSECURE – our perspective
During the fair, squareTec presented solutions that precisely address these needs:
- integration platforms (VMS Broker),
- data and video analysis systems (ANPR),
- AI and biometric solutions,
- mobile monitoring systems.
But the most important thing wasn't the products themselves.
What was most important was what we talked about:
- how to integrate data from different systems,
- how to reduce the response time of services,
- how to ensure full situational awareness,
- how to maintain data and system sovereignty.
Security as a shared system
POLSECURE 2026 clearly demonstrated one more thing:
security does not exist in isolation
It's a result of collaboration:
- agencies,
- administration,
- private sector,
- technology providers.
Business is playing an increasingly important role here as a partner – not just a supplier, but a co-creator of national security systems.
This is precisely where squareTec positions itself: as an architect and integrator of security systems, and not just a technology provider.
Polsecure and the future of the market
Analyzing this year's fair, several key directions can be identified:
1. Integration instead of silos
Systems need to work together – regardless of vendors.
2. Data as a foundation
Security today is about information management.
3. AI as an operational layer
Not a demonstrator – a real working tool.
4. Cyber + physical convergence
The line between them is practically disappearing.
5. Technological sovereignty
Increasing importance of local control over data.
Thank you, and see you again
Once again, thank you to all our guests for:
- your time,
- your trust,
- your openness to discussing real challenges.
POLSECURE is an event that confirms one thing:
security is not a product – it's an operational capability we build together.
In closing
POLSECURE 2026 demonstrated that the future of security lies in integration, data, and collaboration. At squareTec, that's exactly what we do – every single day.
